Avaya J169 is a mid-level VoIP phone built for cubicles, offices, and any worker who needs extended phone performance. This model features third-party call control (3PCC) using the open SIP protocol, making it interoperable with a broad range of VoIP phone systems. It cannot be used with Avaya Aura or Avaya IP Office

Avaya J169 is a powerful workplace tool. The multiple line IP phone has 8 dual color LED buttons plus 4 context-sensitive soft keys for easy navigation and call control. The large 3.5" display and familiar button layout are intuitive and reduce training time. J169 provides rich wideband audio from the handset with built-in amplifier and full-duplex speakerphone. Connect a headset using the dedicated RJ9 port with EHS support. J169 has dual Gigabit Ethernet ports for future-proof speed and is a PoE device. Protect your communications with TLS and SRTP encryption. For power users or receptionists who require additional keys, J169 supports up to three expansion modules (sold separately)
